Qingcheng Mountain is located in the southwest of Dujiangyan Irrigation Project City, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China, about 68 kilometers away from the urban area of Chengdu. It is one of the famous Taoist mountains in Sichuan Province. It is 10 kilometers away from Dujiangyan Irrigation Project City in the east, with a total area of about 200 square kilometers. The main peak is 1260 meters above sea level, which is part of the Qionglai Mountains. Qingcheng Mountain is famous for its beautiful natural scenery and profound Taoist culture, enjoying the reputation of "secluded Qingcheng under heaven", and was rated as one of the first national 5A tourist attractions in 2007.

Dujiangyan Irrigation Project, located in Dujiangyan Irrigation Project City, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China, was built in 256 BC. It is the world's oldest, only remaining grand water conservancy project characterized by dam free water diversion, and is known as "a living water conservancy museum" and "cradle of water culture". It has thoroughly controlled the floods of the Minjiang River and irrigated over 660000 hectares of land in the Chengdu Plain, making it a "land of abundance" where water and drought depend on people. It still plays a role in flood control and irrigation, and was listed in the World Cultural Heritage List in 2000.
